سفرلي لا يطلب حسابًا ولا كلمة مرور، ولا نحتفظ بأي بيانات تعرّف بك. هذه الصفحة توضّح بالتفصيل ما الذي يُحفظ، وكيف تحذفه.
١. بيانات تُحفظ على جهازك فقط
ما هي: عمليات البحث، الميزانية، المصروفات، الرحلات المحفوظة، قائمة الحجوزات، وتفضيلاتك (اللغة والمظهر).
أين: داخل جهازك حصرًا. لا تصل خوادمنا، ولا نستطيع الاطلاع عليها.
- حذف عناصر بعينها: من داخل التطبيق — احذف أي مصروف أو رحلة محفوظة بزر السلة بجانبها.
- حذف الكل دفعة واحدة: إعدادات الجهاز ← التطبيقات ← سفرلي ← التخزين ← مسح البيانات. أو ببساطة احذف التطبيق — يُمحى كل شيء معه نهائيًا.
لا تحتاج مراسلتنا لهذا — الحذف بيدك ويتم فورًا.
٢. عدّادات استخدام مجهولة
ما هي: أرقام مجمّعة فقط، مثل «تمّت عملية بحث» أو «فُتحت بطاقة مزوّد». الغرض معرفة أي أجزاء التطبيق تُستخدم لتحسينه.
ما لا تتضمنه: لا اسم، ولا حساب، ولا معرّف جهاز، ولا عنوان IP مخزَّن، ولا وجهتك، ولا تواريخ سفرك، ولا مبالغك، ولا موقعك.
عن حذفها: هذه الأرقام مجهولة تمامًا وغير مرتبطة بأي شخص أو جهاز — فلا توجد «بياناتك» بينها يمكن عزلها وحذفها، إذ لا يوجد ما يربط أي رقم بك. وإيقاف المفتاح يمنع أي إسهام مستقبلي منك نهائيًا.
٣. رسائل الدعم
إن راسلتنا على بريد الدعم، تبقى رسالتك في صندوق بريدنا. لطلب حذفها، أرسل رسالة بعنوان «حذف بياناتي» إلى العنوان أدناه، ونحذفها خلال ٣٠ يومًا.
٤. مدة الاحتفاظ
- بيانات الجهاز: تبقى حتى تحذفها أنت أو تحذف التطبيق.
- العدّادات المجهولة: أرقام مجمّعة بلا هوية، تُحفظ لأغراض إحصائية.
- رسائل الدعم: تُحذف عند الطلب خلال ٣٠ يومًا.
Delete your data

Safarly requires no account and no password, and we hold no data that identifies you. This page explains exactly what is stored and how to delete it.
1. Data stored only on your device
What: searches, budget, expenses, saved trips, booking checklist, and preferences (language and theme).
Where: on your device only. It never reaches our servers and we cannot access it.
- Individual items: inside the app, delete any expense or saved trip with the bin icon next to it.
- Everything at once: device Settings → Apps → Safarly → Storage → Clear data. Or simply uninstall the app — everything is erased with it.
No need to contact us for this — deletion is in your hands and is immediate.
2. Anonymous usage counters
What: aggregate numbers only, such as "a search was completed" or "a provider card was opened", used to learn which parts of the app are used.
What they never include: no name, no account, no device identifier, no stored IP address, no destination, no travel dates, no amounts, no location.
About deleting them: these counters are fully anonymous and not linked to any person or device — so there is no "your data" among them that could be isolated and deleted, because nothing ties any number to you. Turning the switch off permanently prevents any future contribution from you.
3. Support messages
If you email our support, your message stays in our mailbox. To request its deletion, email us with the subject "Delete my data" and we will remove it within 30 days.
4. Retention
- On-device data: kept until you delete it or uninstall the app.
- Anonymous counters: aggregate, identity-free numbers kept for statistics.
- Support emails: deleted on request within 30 days.
