How do I send feedback from inside the app?

Open Settings ⚙️ → Send feedback, choose the feedback type, write the details, and attach images if you like (optional). Your mail app opens to send it to us with technical info that helps us resolve issues quickly.

Is the app free?

Yes, Safarly is completely free. No fees, no subscriptions, and no extra cost added to booking prices.

Do I book and pay inside the app?

No. Safarly is only a comparison and planning tool. When you pick a deal, we send you to the provider's site to book and pay securely there, where the final price may differ.

Why does the price sometimes change when I open the site?

Provider prices change in real time based on availability, demand and taxes. We show an indicative estimate; the binding price is whatever appears on the provider's site at the time of booking.

Where is my data stored?

Only on your device. We have no server that stores your trips or budget. See our Privacy Policy.
